Adam Nussdorfer runs a small development firm that builds and holds garden-style and mid-rise apartment communities across the Phoenix metro, mostly in the East Valley and along the light rail. He started as a construction project manager, moved into acquisitions at a regional REIT, and went out on his own eight years ago. His firm has delivered roughly 1,400 units and keeps a lean team of six, so he's still close to every deal.
